Remember to claim your tickets!
If you purchased your tickets on our website or directly on Open Collective, you will have received an email with instructions on how to claim your ticket.
Please make sure that you have done this, as it will automatically generate your access link and will send you a swag code that you can use to select your event t shirt/hoodie/mug/poster/etc.
If you have purchased your ticket and have not received the link to claim (please check your spam box / company firewall filter) email us at [email protected] and we will be able to help you gain access to the event.
Grab your event swag
Once you have claimed your tickets above, you will receive an email to claim your $25/€25 gift card to use in the Mautic Community Swag Store . The event swag options are pretty cool this year, so make sure you claim your code!
Install the Mautic Conference Global 2021 app
You can install the app on your phone, tablet or computer (or all of them!) at the link above.
Within the app you can set up your schedule by starring the sessions you want to attend - these can also be synchronized across multiple devices.
This year there is the handy addition of a link to the room which will become available when there are less than 10 minutes until the session commences:
This will take you directly to the relevant room in the event platform.
Set up your profile on Veertly
We are using Veertly as our platform for Mautic Conference Global. You will have received an invitation to the event platform after claiming your tickets (see above).
Please make sure that you create an account (using the same email address as your assigned ticket) and update your profile. Others at the event will be able to view your profile and connect with you via the channels that you decide to add on your profile.
Please be sure to add a photo so that you are recognizable, and complete the fields that you would like to share.
Explore the event platform
The event platform has some great features in addition to all the awesome talks that you are naturally going to be attending! You will be able to access the platform once the event opens (speakers and sponsors have backdoor access). Make sure you check out the networking area and pull up a virtual chair to chat with other attendees around the tables.
Don't forget to take your event photo in the Photobooth (in the Fun Stuff section) and be a part of our event virtual photo.
